Reminders & Happenings
August Business Meeting and Program
Thursday, August 3rd – 7:30 p.m.
REI: 43962 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538, (510) 651-0305
Located next to Home Depot

The realm of the chiropractor is a strange one to many of us
recreational cyclists. Oftentimes we know we need his/her services after an injury, an injury that may have been prevented with a few simple common sense steps. We may have to learn a new language in dealing with a chiropractor--terms such as "certified active release technique" [HINT: see www.activerelease.com/about.asp],"the Erchonia cold laser treatment" [HINT: see www.erchonia.com], and "Kinesio taping" [HINT: see www.kinesiotape.ca]. These terms may be alien to us but are on the lips of most professional cyclists.

I know that there are a lot of burning questions lurking out there about chiropractic treatment for cyclists. So, join us as club member Kulmohan Sangha, a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.), offers us a hands-on look at some of his tools of the trade. He'll take a few volunteers to demo his wares so, when I say "hands on" I really mean it.
