Treasurer’s Report
Sydney Friedenberg gave the Treasurer’s report.

2005-2006 Budget
Sydney and Karen presented the proposed budget recommended by the Board. Richard explained that the web site budget increased because the club would like to use ffbc.org along with fremontfreewheelers.org to point to the club web site. Someone currently owns ffbc.org, but it is not being used. Richard will approach the owner. If the owner is willing to sell it at a reasonable price, the club will acquire ffbc.org.

The members approved the budget unanimously.

Holiday Party
The club’s annual holiday party will be held on December 4, 2005. Carrie Payne needs volunteers to help set up.

Membership
Dave Ransom reported that the club has at least 418 members. A few newly received memberships had not been recorded yet.

Meeting Programs
The January program will be a presentation on the Cinderella training rides. The February program will be the 2005 Pedal Pounders awards and a review of the Race Team’s 2005 season.

Newsletter
There will be a meeting at 7:00 PM on November 17 to discuss the newsletter. The meeting will be at Mission Coffee.

Program
