January 2006 Ride Calendar
2006 Progressive Ride Series
Again this year we will be offering the popular progressive ride series, aimed toward developing your endurance and skills for completing a century ride this spring or summer. These progressive rides will culminate with the Primavera Worker's Ride on April 22.
Each PRS ride is assigned a ride sequence number, and the rides will be done in that order. In the event of a rainout, the ride will be postponed until the next Sunday delaying all the following rides a week. This will enable us to keep developing our endurance in a progressive method. Riders must check with the PRS Coordinator, Jamie Hyams, to confirm which ride will be taking place each week. If rain does delay the series we may post a notice on the yahoo group email list to cut down on the number of calls. Note that the rides do not all start at the same location. Each ride will have two ride leaders; one each for B and M pace groups.
If you have any questions, please call Jamie Hyams at phone (925) 417-0703.
The following list represents the first three rides, tentatively scheduled for the month of January.
