BOARD MEETING MINUTES Members Meeting of Fremont Freewheelers Bicycle Club Date: August 7, 2008 No FFBC Board Meeting was held on August 7. With several Board members unavailable, Jim Herman provided informal minutes: Dan Lucchesi presided over the club meeting. Due to late notice, the nominating committee was not present to announce the slate of officers and appointee candidates for the 2008-2009 year. These will be presented to the members via the Yahoo List. Dave Ransom gave a brief membership accounting and Jim Herman held the July ride leader prize drawing. Mike Williams won the $25 REI gift certificate and Jim won the club jersey. The meeting adjourned early, followed by refreshments. |
