This ride takes us into the hills east of Hwy 101 from south San Jose toward Morgan Hill.  Then we will drop down and ride the Coyote Creek Trail into Morgan Hill.  After a coffee break, we return via the hills in the Chesbro Reservoir area.  After the hills, this also includes riding on the Coyote Creek Trail.  It is mostly country riding i.e. not a lot of stores.  We will go through Morgan Hill (at about the ½ way point).  Food and drink available there.
We will start at Coyote Creek County Park off Hellyer Avenue in south San Jose.  There is a $7 or so entrance fee to the park.  If you want to avoid that fee, park on a side street and ride in to the park.  We’ll meet at the first parking lot you come to in the park.  Take Hwy 101 south.  Exit Hellyer Avenue-head west.  DO NOT go to the velodrome.  Turn left to stay on Hellyer.  Turn left into the park on the south side of Hellyer.  Park in first lot you come to on the right.
