Gary Smith called the meeting to Order.
Welcome new Club Members
Treasury Report: Jean O’Donnell – BofA – researching no fee banks
Ride Coordinator: Jim Herman – Announced the need for leaders
Dave Ransom – Membership 300
REPORTS
Treasurer: Jean O’Donnell reported bank account balances:
Ride Coordinator: January ride calendar is open.
November Ride Leader Drawing winners: (1) Nicky Grimes (2) Tim & Robin O’Hara
NEW BUSINESS
Race Team - Sports Basement Event Saturday Dec, 6th
Integrate Sports Fitness – Wed. Dec. 10th
Mission Pizza –Mon. Dec. 8th 7:00pm & Ride (All Club)
Niles Staging - Dec. 20th 8:30am (All Club)
Memberships Confirmed by Karen White.
Proposal given for a 3 year commitment cost includes clothing cost.
Race Team Membership is currently 24.
Race Team Membership includes Jersey and club membership.
A silent vote was taken for the Race Team budget 2008-2009 and passed.
Holiday Party: February 2009 - location tbd
Outreach – Molly Michelfelder provided us with a list of recovering Club Members.
Primavera – Confirmed April 19th. Registration open Jan. 1st ride fees are $45 & $55.
Cinderella Training 2009: 100K Classic – 9 groups Saturdays January 17th – March 28th ’09,
100 Mile Challenge Sunday’s 30 student maximum. Jersey’s on sale $50.00 – Registration currently online.
Membership Renewal 2009: Postcard renewal reminder will be mailed.

Treasurer Report: Jean O’Donnell reported bank account balances
Closing a CD before it matures may result in early withdrawal penalty.
Budget Review: 2008-2009 Budget will be voted this evening during the Club Meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
FFBC Clothing Club & Race Team Clothing combined Purchase - $2,600.00
Jean O’Donnell: Final Budget Proposal review 2008 – 2009.
NEW BUSINESS
Cinderella Progressive Rides – January 2009
Ride Leaders Ride leaders needed – discussed training leaders 2009
2009 Holiday Party: January or February event proposed
General Club Meeting: March 5th 2009
