FROM THE SUMMIT

Greetings Friends,

I’m writing this a few days after the club picnic.  It was a great event.  I want to thank Conni Smith for organizing it as well as the ride leaders and the other volunteers who made it happen.

As a new board term begins, I want to thank the outgoing board members for their service to the club.  President Jeff Girard, Treasurer Jean O’Donnell, Secretary Connie Nelson, Ride Coordinator Jim Herman, Director At Large Becky Denevan and Race Team Liaison Brian Meiers have all contributed to the success of our club.  I also want to thank Molly Michelfelder for her years of service in the Member Outreach position.  Molly is leaving this position.  If you are interested in serving as our Member Outreach person, please let me know. 

I look forward to working with incoming board members Vice President Nikki Grimes, Secretary Lori Sommer, Ride Coordinator Jorge Gildelatorre, Director At Large Karen White and Treasurer Iris Goldman.  As of this writing, it is yet to be determined who will serve as Race Team Liaison.
