Beginning Road Cycling Class:
My Beginning Road Cycling class is starting this Sunday at Castro Valley Adult School from 10-noon for the next 5 weeks. More students are needed.  Your friends that need that additional support and coaching to become confident can benefit from this class. Registration is available on-line.

Pizza Rides:
Don't forget, Wednesday begins the FFBC Pizza Ride season. Start location for May is Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria at the corner of Decoto Road and Fremont Blvd. Park behind Walgreens. Meet at 6pm, pizza is served at 7:30pm. Five dollars buys you three big slices and bottomless soft drinks.
I have a variety of ride sheets from short and flat to long with hills (thanks to Mike N. and Carrie P.) Hope to see you there.
