2011 Primavera Chairperson Needed
The Primavera is a popular ride for cyclists and is also a major source of revenue for FFBC.  At present, we do not have a chairperson for the 2011 Primavera.  In order to have a successful Primavera next year, planning should start soon.

Please consider stepping up to serve as the Primavera chairperson.  If two or more of you want to serve as co-chairpersons, that would work also.   The important thing is that we have a person or persons who will lead the planning and organizing of the 2011 Primavera.

The club will appreciate your contribution, and the Primavera cyclists will also.

August Meeting Program:
At FFBC's August meeting, Pat Denevan, owner and founder of Mission Soaring Center (www.hang-gliding. com), will give a talk on the similarities between bike riding and hang gliding.

If you have any interest in hang gliding, you should attend this meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Silliman Center in Newark on Thursday, August 5, at 7:30 PM.
