Cinderella Training Rides begin this month. This is a great program that prepares women to participate in challenging rides such as the Cinderella. The Progressive Ride series also starts this month. If you plan to participate in a century or other challenging event this year, the Progressive Ride series will help you get ready for it. We had a number of accidents on club rides in 2010. Some accidents can be avoided if we pay more attention to road hazards, motor vehicles and other riders. We also may be able to avoid crashing if we communicate better with others in the group. Let’s all do what we can to have a safer year and fewer ER visits. We haven’t given up on holding a Primavera in 2011. It may look different than recent Primaveras, but we still have a chance to hold an event. Happy New Year!
