CALL TO ORDER / MINUTES
Conni Smith called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm. The October 2011 minutes were approved.
TREASURER REPORT
- Terri Yi will post balances for the three accounts (Bank of America checking, Bank of America CD and Fremont Bank CD) on the Yahoo Group for member access and review.
- There are no additional changes to the proposed 2011-2012 budget to be presented for discussion and approval at the general meeting this evening.
- Terri explained why no payment for the storage facility ($2,500) was made from the last year’s budget. The contract extended from October 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011, a 13-month period, pushing payment into the current 2011-2012 budget.
RACE TEAM REPORT
- Chris Menicou reports that the Race Team continues to grow in size. Currently, there are 40 members with 10-14 possible new prospects, including women and juniors. Thursday night sprint trainings continue and weekend rides, including rides specifically (but not exclusively) for women, are having good turnouts. Rides for Juniors are also planned. Larry Nolan has joined with the Team again, riding and coaching.
- Snap Fitness, a new team sponsor, will be added to the new Team jersey. The uniform order goes in by December 2, 2011.
- Garry Birch asked about the price of membership for those who join FFBC late in the year. Following a discussion of alternatives, it was decided to continue the current policy of charging $10.00 (half price) for those joining between July and December.
NEW BUSINESS
- Terri Yi agreed to bring and sell club clothing at each General Meeting.
- Larry Nolan has requested time to speak to the membership at a future meeting. He will promote the Race Team and cycling at the December 13 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.

A ride jersey using designs from the many years of Primavera patches is also in the works. Two new additions to the event are to have mechanics at rest stops and goodie bags for registered riders
