Crystal Springs, on a clear day, was a make-up ride for many of this year's Cinderella riders on May 5th.
The weather was so much better than the planned ride in April when it was raining.

FFBC Cinder-fellas were welcomed on this ride and greatly appreciated. They led the way, pointed out turns,
and demonstrated how to shed layers. Our members are the Best!

May 10th was “Bike to Work Day”. FFBC members gathered at Fremont BART’s Energizer Station to ride with

Vanessa McDonnell and Terri Yi ride through hills that look like the “West” in old “Spaghetti Westerns”.

Lunch at the “Panoche Inn” was delicious and the beverages were refreshing. Thank goodness Dale called
ahead to make sure they were open. It was sure a nice break before turning around and heading back to the start.

the ride through fields of fresh produce and hills surrounded by beautiful redwood trees.
