BOARD MEETING MINUTES
FFBC BOARD MEETING
LOCATION: Fremont Community Activities Center
DATE: September 11 2012
ATTENDANCE:
Terri Yi (Treasurer), Vanessa McDonnell (Ride Coordinator)
GUESTS: Gary Smith, Ken Goldman, Andy Sass
The required quorum of four board members was not present.
The meeting was adjourned per the FFBC Constitution (Article IV, Section 5)
The four club members present spent the hour discussing club issues:
- Whether to charge $7 for each member and adult guest at the club picnic on October 13 or to keep the price at $5.
- Andy Sass, Primavera Chairperson, presented a plan to reward this year’s Primavera member volunteers by allowing them to attend the club picnic (October 11) at no cost.
FFBC GENERAL MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm
In addition to the members and officers who attended the Board Meeting, also in attendance here were Nick Marshall, Jennifer Shively, Joyce and Ed Tanaka and one new member.
Annual Board of Director Elections
Current FFBC members in attendance voted unanimously for the following officers for the Oct. 2012 – Sept. 2013 year:

Mike Northrup won the August drawing and will receive a $25 Bicycle Garage gift certificate.
Discussion
Members discussed the picnic and decided the price for members would remain at $5. They also approved that members who volunteered for the 2012 Primavera would be free of charge.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm
The next Board and General Meetings will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
