TREASURER'S REPORT
Treasurer, Terri Yi was not in attendance.

RIDE COORDINATOR'S REPORT
Vanessa reported that the temptation of receiving Club socks for leading a ride in 2013 had not yet increased ride leadership, but as it's only been in effect for one month, she expects better results in the future.  She also plans to automate a preliminary ride calendar next month that will allow potential ride leaders to see dates and types of rides scheduled for the upcoming month and dates that have openings for additional rides.

Vanessa announced that from this point on, it will be mandatory for ride leaders to use the Ride Leaders Submission Form found on the Member Services page of FFBC.org for all new ride postings.  This will ease her job by providing all the specifics of each ride in one place.  It will not be necessary to use this tool for standard, repeating rides like Calaveras Clockwise.

BUSINESS
Club Jersey:  Gary  reported that Clothing Manager, Ed Tanaka planned to negotiate the price of the new club jersey with manufacturer, Primal since the 2-13 Cinderella Training and Primavera jerseys were quoted a far better rate.  [Ed Tanaka arrived later and announced that Primal agreed to $30.50 per jersey rate, the same as for the other two orders.]

Early Renewal Incentive:  CentriPedal donated two $20 and one $10 gift certificates for this drawing.  The board agreed that all three certificates should go to the grand prize winner since that amount was announced earlier.   The drawing will be held at tonight's Members Meeting.

Gary also received the donation of a Give Me Wings Super Century ride registration.  Since not everyone would be interest in this, the Board discussed different options.

ON-LINE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Ken Goldman discussed the possibility of creating an on-line process for both new and renewal memberships.  ACTC has a working web page for this and uses PayPal to collect the money.  He will look into this further.  There is also the issue of the laborious process of issuing membership cards and whether they are necessary.
