Thursday Night Training always at 6:30PM on Eureka off Stevenson in Fremont.

Ride Coordinator
At the ride leader meeting we discussed ways to encourage more Cinderella riders to participate in club rides.  To that end, we’d like to encourage Cinderella ride leaders to lead rides after the Cinderella training rides finish since many of the Cinderella trainees feel most comfortable riding with familiar leaders.  70% of Cinderella riders are returning riders.
The Ride Leader Drawing will be next month.

Treasurer’s Report
Terri reviewed the current financials.  She also explained how someone fraudulently wrote checks out of our club checking account.  The three fraudulent transactions totaled approximately $470.00.  Bank of America has reimbursed us for the checks. The account has been closed and a new account has been created.  Terri called the five club members with checks outstanding and re-wrote checks.
The club insurance premium increased from $1.80 to $2.30 per rider.  We purchased the insurance for 450 members.

Business
Donations
FFBC would like to create an Ad-Hoc Donations Committee and appoint the members.  A certain percentage of revenue net expenses from the Primavera Century are allocated to a donation fund. The document describing the Donations Procedure is at the following location:  http://www.ffbc.org/html/doucments/FFBCDonationsProcedure.pdf.  The board members decided to have the committee consist of 5 people.  Anyone interested in joining the committee should contact a board member. The board will take suggestions from the committee on where to donate.
