Our Next FFBC Meeting is on March 11th 
Slammin’ Salmon Presentation - Bob Miller will do a 20 minute “slide” show on his self-contained 300 mile bike tour from Redding thru the Siskiyou’s, Trinity Alp’s, cruisin’ next to the Salmon river, bush whacking over Go road to Crescent City and then coastin’ down the coast to Eureka.  

Meetings are regularly held the second Tuesday of every month.  The monthly Board Meeting is at 6:30 p.m. followed by the General Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Meetings are now held at:
Fremont Adult School
4700 Calaveras Avenue (Room N6)

We will be using room N6, which is a prefab classroom at the rear of the rear parking lot. Members should park behind the main building, as far to the rear as possible to be close to the room.

TRAINING FOR SPRING METRIC & FULL CENTURIES HAS BEGUN

Progressive Ride Series (PRS)
Our annual PRS (Progressive Ride Series) rides run every Sunday. The PRS series gets riders ready for a full century (the Primavera Worker's Ride on April 19th). The ride will lead at a M pace.

Less Aggressive Progressive Ride Series (LAP)
The weekly LAP rides will become progressively more challenging through the end of March at a T-M pace with the goal of preparing riders to complete a metric century of their choice in the Spring.

Cinderella Conditioning Ride Series (CCRS)
This series runs Saturdays through March 29th at a T-M pace.  It will be led by many of our regular Cinderella ride leaders.
