General Discussion - Gary
Term Ends are getting close. Terms run Oct thru September. Election in Sept. Candidates submitted in August. With no July meeting we should start the process soon. Gary indicated he does not want to run for an additional term.
Donations – Money needs to be budgeted. Need a volunteer to setup a committee to handle donation requests. Last year seven organizations were on the short list.
Constitution and Bylaws – one additional recommendation: to have a board member audit books once a year. It was suggested to have the VP do the audit. There was some discussion as to the time of year to do audit: Before end of term or after. No conclusions. Will need further discussion at next meeting.
Plan is to put bylaw changes on ballot with Sept elections. Would include membership definition changes as well.

Ride Coordinator – Vanessa
Pedal Pounders information from last year is still being worked on. Will get update
