Race Team Report – Chris Menicou
Chris presented the Race Team Report. He supplied the report later by email – they are inserted into the minutes below. He highlighted some key items since the last meeting:
  • This is the peak of the racing season. Lots of races every weekend. Everyone welcome to come and see the races.
  • The team has done very well with lots of finishers in all races.
  • The Winter’s time trial was particularly difficult because temperature was very high (103 F) plus lots of nasty winds. That made it particularly difficult with time trial bikes and their high profile wheels.
  • Cynthia Wang is planning to go to the Nationals in Wisconsin.
  • The Team now has 54 members  including 14 juniors and 7 women – a new member.
