DONATION COMMITTEE MEETING

PRIMAVERA CENTURY & WORKERS RIDE
April 26th is our annual Primavera century ride. There are no club rides scheduled on the day of the Primavera (since our club members will be helping with the event). The “Workers Ride” on April 19th will follow the Primavera routes and is for club members and volunteers only. See the ride descriptions below for more information.

If you haven’t volunteered yet to help with the Primavera, it’s not too late! You can fill out a volunteer form online: http://ffbc.org/primavera/volunteer/

FINAL SERIES RIDES FOR SPRING METRIC & FULL CENTURIES
Progressive Ride Series (PRS)
Our annual PRS (Progressive Ride Series) rides run every Sunday. The PRS series gets riders ready for a full century (the Primavera Worker's Ride on April 18th). The ride will led at a M pace.

Cinderella Conditioning Ride Series (CCRS)
Last, but by no means least, we have our annual Cinderella training series starting on January 24th and running Saturdays through April 4th.  This year we’ve split the training into two distinct series, the Coaching Series and the Conditioning Series.  The Coaching Series is for new women riders (sorry, no men) and is a paid program.  The Conditioning Ride Series is free and open to all club members.  The “Conditioning” series will progress towards preparing riders for a metric century a little more gently than the LAP rides. The rides will be no-drop rides at a T-M pace and led by many of our regular Cinderella ride leaders.
