Director-at-Large – Trish Conklin
Two cases are going out in the next month, so reserve the bike cases early if you need them.
As usual Trish was well prepared and brought:

  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Jellie Fruits
  • Drinks
  • Ginger Chews

Treasury Report – Julia Walker
Primavera expenses and income seems to be settling out. Initial news is that the event net-ed a little less than last year, but close. The difference seems to be due to the additional food truck costs and the additional costs of food to replace the home made breads and cookies.

General Discussion - Luis Facha
Old Business:
Thermo Fisher – Luis, Julia and Bob have agreed they are available to help the ThermoFisher group, as advisors. Bob will follow up with Andrew Setikas letting him know of our support level. As was mentioned before we are willing to rent out some equipment (canopies, coolers, etc.) to ThermoFisher and to provide guidance on the event.
New Business:
June 2 is the meeting of the donation committee. A few possibilities were mentioned: U-Locks for people at Abode, supporting a trip to the Nationals for our attending race team members.
Announcement of a bike blessing in Niles on July 11th.
