Attention Woman! Cinderella Training Rides
It's that time of year again to think about how we can keep the pounds off while enjoying the holiday festivities with friends and family. Am I right? You know we'll all gain a bit of weight and look to the New Year for our resolution to exercise more and loose unwanted pounds. Women, think Cinderella Training rides beginning January 14, 2006. More on this fantastic training series on the club website. We have a great program in store that will motivate you to increase your bicycling miles, make new friends, and get ready for the culminating event: The Cinderella Century, a 65 mile ride for women (count 2,000).
