1. What items are available to purchase?
We have customized a relaxed club (Sport) jersey, a slim athletic (Omni) jersey, a wind Vest, lightweight sun sleeves and tall cuff socks. Each product highlights the club’s name, acronym or logo for easy recognition on rides. The products are designed to complement each other, while the socks and sleeves also coordinate well with other cycling fits. This enables us to represent FFBC on every ride (just don’t forget to wash the socks).
2. Why are we offering a new club jersey design?
Many current riders do not have access to the existing club jersey. Those who already own the current jersey say ‘it’s 10 years old and we are due a new one’. At the Nov 2024 general meeting, the club voted to release a new club jersey.
Everyone can continue to wear their existing jersey but please welcome us who also want to wear the FFBC brand.
As far as I know, there will continue to be annual Primavera jerseys. Primavera jerseys are independent of the club jersey, are extremely popular and celebrate many things, not just FFBC.
3. Why are we using the online Club Store instead of one bulk order?
The club store gives members more freedom to review options, place orders and then receive items directly to your home. The club does not have to consolidate orders, collect payment, pay taxes, or manage the deliveries. The Board decided this was the preferred option for FFBC.
4. Well, what is the Club Store and how does it work?
The club store is a link directly to Primal Wear’s ordering system. It is populated with the customized FFBC options and allows members to place their order directly with vendor. Members pay cost, taxes and shipping online. Once the order window closes, Primal Wear starts production then ships the items directly to members.
Members can combine orders with family and friends to save on shipping.
5. If I don’t order this time, when will the next Club Store be open?
We don’t have a date planned. Best guess is it would be post-Primavera, and we would need enough orders to meet the vendor’s minimum requirements. So maybe around this time next year.
The vendor does not allow the store to “stay open”. They need a distinct closing date before production starts.
6. Tell me more about the new Products.
a. The Sport Jersey has a club-fit that is comfortable, loose-fitting and suitable for recreational cycling. This is the same product we have purchased for current Club jersey, past Primavera jerseys, and the Cinderella Conditioning series. I have Primal samples if you want to try them on to know your size. But if you have other FFBC or Primavera jerseys you probably don’t need this.
b. The Omni Jersey has an athletic cut that is slim fitting with aerodynamic benefits while still offering the breathability of a relaxed fit. It is perfect for all cyclists, amateurs to pros. Aesthetically it may not be for everyone, but if you’ve never had a performance fit jersey, consider giving it a try. I have Primal samples if you want to try them on to know your size.
c. The Wind Vest offers a standard, relaxed fit that protects your chest on windy days allowing you to layer clothing easily. It’s design matches the jersey as close as possible so the look remains uniform. I have Primal samples if you want to try them on to know your size.
d. The Sun Sleeves are lightweight, comfortable arm coverings providing protection from harmful UV rays.
e. The Socks are standard tall cuff socks. These trendy white socks with FFBC logo are perfect for all your rides. They have a reinforced hem for durability (hem appears gray in image but it is white). Note – these are not the wool socks sold at 2026 Primavera.

7. Why is the order window so short?
We voted on club jersey in mid-May, but then it took us another month to close on all the specifics. Vendor requires ~6-8 weeks for production and delivery and that clock doesn’t start until all orders are submitted. This rushes us to close the order window ~Aug 10 for fall delivery.
8. What if I am having problems placing my order?
Reach out to me. I will help you navigate the process; but you must reach out to me before the window closes.
9. Why are there mistakes in your images showing cyclists wearing the new gear?
Because I work for free. Please don’t get hung up on these errors. I like to have fun and visualize what these fits will look like on actual riders not hangers. My AI skills are not perfect, and I don’t have time to perfect them. Just enjoy the images. The actual product images are the ones on the ordering page.

This will be linked on ordering page. But here is snapshot. To keep costs low, Primal allowed us to still order their Sport fit jersey (it’s no longer offered on their website). So, we’re getting the best price available.
