Volunteers are usually needed!

The event is structured to encourage both experienced and inexperienced, but motivated, volunteers to sign up!

Typically there will be two signups on SignupGenius.Com.   One is for volunteers at the actual event — here’s an example from the event of 27 July 2025.  This page has an introduction with a good description of the tasks:
