Chris reviewed the following team information and provided this complete list later by email. This is for the last four weeks.

Director-at-Large – Trish Conklin:
All bike boxes have been returned.
Trish made a pea pesto crostini (look it up!) and a homemade cookie platter for the event.
Ride Coordinator – Dave Fishbaugh:
Dave presented an idea from Jay and Julie Gilson: create criteria for “select ride leaders” over a year. These ride leaders could then become eligible for a one year membership waiver. The Board agreed with the concept for Dave will go and create a “straw man” proposal to discuss at the next meeting.
Jan 28th is the next ride leader party. Details to be emailed out later.
Dec 13th – Holiday party at 5PM
Dave mentioned that last Saturday’s CW Calaveras event was a great ride and had excellent turnout. 20 B and 20 M riders.
Treasury Report – Julia Walker:
Account balance is $56840. Next month will be high income due to Primavera and membership signup.
Expenses for last month include picnic expenses; Income for last month included sale of vintage clothing.
Had vote on budget for 2015-2016: Ken Goldman motioned to approve; Jay Gilson seconded motion. Budget was approved.
Holiday Party Dec 13th at Spin-a-Yarn. Details to go out via email.
General Discussion:
Request was made to make the ride schedule archive searchable so people can review rides that have already been done (and possibly redo them).
The Board announced and described the changes that will be coming to the newsletter.
Announcement of a new jersey order to be placed. One member asked if we could also order vests. That will be considered.
Next meeting January 12, 2016.
Next, the highlight of the evening: Dave Walker gave a presentation of his Paris-Brest-Paris ride. A 4 day ride, over 800 miles, with only three nights of a few hours sleep and he powered across the finish line in a refreshed state in 86 hours (4 hours to spare). He gave an excellent slide show of events & activities along the ride with French subtitles! David’s ride preparation included taking a French language course – now there’s a complete rider!
The meeting was then adjourned.
